How We Structure Every Engagement
Before work begins, we spend time understanding your organisation's current situation — existing data practices, team structure, regulatory exposure, and the specific problem you're trying to address. This shapes the scope of the engagement and prevents surprises mid-project.
All engagements include weekly review sessions, documented deliverables at each milestone, and a formal handover phase. If the scope needs to change during the project, we raise it promptly and agree adjustments in writing.
